Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes. We use Canada Post to ship anywhere in the world that they reach, though shipping costs and arrival time will vary. Our nose masks have reached happy customers in Australia, China, Sweden, Norway, UK, and the USA.

Q: Do I get a shipping tracking number?

A: Yes. Canada Post provides a tracking number for you.

Q: How long does it take to ship a small order?

A: We ship within 2 business days. Within Canada it takes one week to receive, and the USA 10 days. Times vary for international locations.

Q: What is the return policy for the Rocky Air Nose Mask?

A: Because the product is PPE (personal protective equipment), returns are decided on a case by case basis. Please email us with your situation.

Q: My bag of activated carbon pellets has some black powder. Is this safe? 

A: Yes. The black powder is just activated carbon dust. It is a lot cleaner than your household dust! Feel free to wipe off the black dust with a wet towel like you would normal dust, and use the pellets normally.
