Case I: The price is C$2000 for water tank. The C$2000 will refund if you do not want to buy water tank to use other water source ( pool , lake, river) near your house within 30 meter distance, but you have to buy:
(1) additional wire for pump
(2) additional stainless steel tube.
(3) additional 1" stainless steel water hose
Case II: If you need longer water hose and more gutter seal sheet, let us know.
Price for (1) 1.2" stainless steel water hose: C$150 for 10 meter with 1.2"connection.
(2) 5 meter (5 shees per package) for gutter seal sheet: C$100

Common Questions
1. How does this system work automatic?
The system is automatic running by intelligent temperature and 3 cup-type anemometer controllers with relay harness. When PV(measured value display) drops down to SV（target temperature display）, the control will be off, when PV increases to SV+Hy, the control output will be on again in colling control mode.
2. How does set up the SV and Hy?
SV= target temperature（turn off）
Hy= Turn ON temperature – SV
PV= Measured value display
We can set SV=PV+ 3oC
The turn on temperature is set based one the air temperature spot where 3-5 miles away from the wildfire line. You can get this special number from the firefighter when you are asked to leave your property at Evacuation Level-3. Since the flying embers can fly miles away from wildfire line. You can set the Hy at 8-10oC if you do not have such information. It is very important to set the right number for Hy. The water sprinkle should be turn on before the ember is arriving.
You should tell the firefighter how to adjust the Hy number, and ask them to check the system to make sure the sprinkle is working when the embers arrived.
For the speed of wind to set up is same as temperature set up.

5. How to access the 0089 menu?
Press and hold the SET key, the display will show 0000, use the UP/DOWN key to change the value to 0089, Press SET key, the display will change to be Inty, Press UP/DOWN key to change the display to other parameters, or press SET key again to modify the value for Inty, then Press same operation to access the SV. Read the Guide for more information.
6. How does the system help reduce ember exposure and fire?
(1) The system automatic turn on when the heater is coming from fire. The air temperature is about 50-60oC which means the fire is close, the flying ember is coming too. The sprayed water wetting of rooftops tiles and cascades down to the ground (gutter is sealed) like a water full around the house to wet the windows, doors, wall and ground cover by sprinkler’s range; to reduce ignition risk from airborne embers with 2.38MT/hour water for 7 hours.
(2) All the components are selected for durability and made by 304 stainless steel (higher temperature resistance is more than 200oC), e.g., Hose, Tube to protect the pump wire and K type thermocouple, Seal gutter metal sheet, The stand for sprinkler and The stand on ground for K type theromocouple. The hose is fixed by stainless steel zip ties. So, the system is working under higher temperature (more than 200oC) and very strong wind which may be more than 50KM/hr.
7. What type of pump is included?
The package includes 80 meter water pump head designed to draft water from well. It can draft water from nearby pool, pond, river, lake and water tank to supply the 2 hose 3/4” sprinkler network with higher pressure (64PSI).
8. How far is the sprinkler’s spray?
The range is 11.2-16 meter(39-52 feet). The system is configuard to support perimeter coverage for properties up to 80ft x120ft by 2 sprinklers.
9. Does the system is working under following condition: No Power, No Water, No Internet, No Man, Higher Temperature and Very strong wind?
Yes. The system has independent power source, water tank, water pump and automatic temperature controller system. The hose, tube, sprinkler, zip ties, stands and fitting are made by brass or stainless steel. It works very well in above condition. And the equipment will be wet under sprinkler coverage range (except K type thermocouple is 20 meter away from house).
10. Can the water hose be expanded over 30 meter?
Yes, the length of hose is 1”x30 meter. Since the water pump head is 80 meters, So you can expanded the hose with 1.2" to 20 meters additional more in order to keep higher pressure for water. You should manage your location of house where to install the sprinkler, and where is the source of water to determine the length of hose you required. There is a 20 meter hose with a 1.2” male adapter package required additional.
11. Do you think 40 sheets (1M/sheet) is enough to seal the gutter?
There are 40 sheets (40 meters) in package. You have to estimate the length of gutter. You can order more sheet if you need. There are 10 sheet per package.
12. Can we use water tank for other purpose?
Yes, you can. You may use it to collect the rain or to be a aquarium.
13. Where to place the water tank?
Be sure to place it on the flattest, most solid concrete surface or compacted ground. Never place on a slope, as this could cause it to shift or slide.
14. Can we use battery for other purpose use?
Yes, the battery is rechargeable for 3000 times for 8-10 years. This is a DC 24V. But you have to make sure that the battery is in good working condition when you use for EmberSmart system. Read the battery guide before you use it.
15. How many hours need to set up this system?
1) Filling water tank full need more than 23 hours
2) Recharge battery full over night before use in first time
3) Install the cover sheets on gutter around the house requires electric dill and ladder. This is the hardest job to do in this system, It may be take half day.
4) Install the sprinkler on gutter, hose is banged by stainless steel zip ties
5) Set up the system, and testing
So, I may take 1 or 2 days to complete this installation job.
16. Can we use the system for lawn sprinkler?
Yes, you can.
You should know the size of hose 1”and both are female adapter on hose.
